1.Shipping Times & Destinations

We ship globally to most countries. (Exceptions apply for Cuba, Iran, Ukraine, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria).

Shipping Times:

• Europe: 7-10 business days

• USA & Canada: 7-15 business days

• Oceania: 7-15 business days

• All other countries: 7-15 business days

2.Shipping Costs

Free shipping on orders over $50. Otherwise, a flat rate of $9.90 applies.

3.Taxes and Fees

No hidden taxes or fees. The price you see is the price you pay, plus any shipping chosen at checkout.

4.Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 24 hours of placement.

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

5.Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us via email within 24 hours of placing your order with your updated details.

Please double-check your address before completing your purchase. We are unable to modify the shipping address once your order has been processed and shipped.

We cannot be held responsible for delivery failures due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

6.Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please report it to us within 3 days of delivery by emailing HelloCarbonGuard@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

If any item is missing or if you received an incorrect product, please contact us immediately at the same email address with your order details.
